Caroline
Taylor, CRS, ABR, GRI, REALTOR
has been business of selling dreams on Martha's Vineyard
for over 23 years. Caroline Taylor Properties is a member
of the LINK service, the Cape Cod and Islands Association
of Realtors and the Martha's Vineyard Chamber of Commerce.
Caroline attained the designation Certified Residential
Specialist(CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR),
Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), is a past MLS
tour chairman and a past Islands Membership Chairman
for the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors.
Caroline
is a 32 year resident of Edgartown, where she raised
her children. She has been involved in fundraising for
many charitable island organizations, including Friends
of the Edgartown Library, Martha's Vineyard Historical
Society, Hospice, Vineyard Nursing Associates, Houses
on the Move and Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary. Caroline
is a former Trustee of the Martha's Vineyard Chapter
of the American Red Cross.
Caroline
enjoys leisure activities at the Edgartown Golf Club,
on Martha’s Vineyard Beaches and walking the many
conservation properties provided by Martha's Vineyard
Land Bank, Trustees of Reservation, Felix Neck Wildlife
Sanctuary, Sheriff's Meadow Association and more.

Mallegol, REALTOR, heads up the vacation rental
department and works
with buyers and sellers as well. Scott's real estate
experience includes
working with first-time and repeat home buyers in and
around the city of
Boston. For the past year at Caroline Taylor Properties,
Scott has added
vacation rental agent to his portfolio of experience.
Scott offers his
clients access to all properties listed with the LINK
listing service and
the company's innovative vacation rental listing system.
Scott has been a part-time Island resident for over
20 years. An avid
boater, Scott has served the Town of Edgartown as a
seasonal Assistant
Harbormaster since 1993. Over the years, Scott has become
a well-known
fixture among visiting and Island boaters who frequent
Edgartown's waters.
In his spare time, Scott enjoys fishing, cycling and
exploring this Island
that captivates the hearts of her visitors.
